The program is very well received in the country and the Blue Flag certificate has been conferred on the best beaches and marinas for their successful green management every year since 1995. The Blue Flag is awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education, a non-governmental organization that includes national organizations from 49 countries in Europe, America, Africa, Oceania and the Caribbean.

The award was announced by the director of the festival, Daniela Dineva. A special guest at the ceremony, which took place in the “Arena” Amphitheater in Saint Vlas, was the Deputy Minister of Culture, Dr. Ilko Ganev. He awarded the award for Best Actress. She went to Eli Skorcheva for the “Lessons of Blaga”.

Leaders in the development of the Black Sea region were honored by the eighth edition of the annual Black Sea Lifestyle Awards 2022 on the stage of the unique ARENA amphitheater in the resort of Saint Vlas.
