A special guest at the ceremony, which took place in the “Arena” Amphitheater in Saint Vlas, was the Deputy Minister of Culture, Dr. Ilko Ganev. He awarded the award for Best Actress. She went to Eli Skorcheva for the “Lessons of Blaga”.
