DINEVI RESIDENCE IN SOFIA WITH PRIZE AWARD
The new project the company won the “Building of the Year 2019” award in the category “Innovative Building”
Dinevi Group’s newest project – Dinevi Residence, Lozenets in Sofia, was awarded the Building Innovation Award at the 2019 National Building Competition.
The prestigious prize was awarded to the investor Yordan Dinev, the designer of the arch. Stefan Dobrev and the main contractor of the building Krasimira Markovic at a solemn ceremony that brought together the leading participants in the construction and investment process in Bulgaria.
“I want to congratulate all of you for being dreamers, for having gathered people who are building the future of Bulgaria. There are dozens of cultural monuments in our country and I believe that all of us will leave behind such monuments – the Bulgarian architectural genius, “said Yordan Dinev upon receiving the prestigious statuette.
Over 60 projects participated in the eighteenth edition of the competition, and a 31-member jury chaired by Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Eng. Valentin Yovev, awarded the best buildings in Bulgaria in the respective year in 11 categories.
The luxurious apartment building stands out with its memorable silhouette as well as its innovative and eco-friendly architectural solutions. The project is a work of the French-Bulgarian architectural studio “Stefan Dobrev – Architecture and Design” with world achievements and realizations.
Its impressive look is complemented by an exterior glass facade of transparent serigraphic glass, which incorporates a traditional ornament borrowed from one of the most ancient Bulgarian embroidery – Elbetitsa.
The building uses advanced technologies that are used for the first time in residential construction – a double-skin facade contributing to better heat and sound insulation, an internal atrium with top natural lighting, a stone ventilated facade in arched form, geothermal energy through a heat pump system and much more.
Residence “Dinevi” is an innovative and typology – outside housing with height of 3.40 meters, the residents have a spacious lobby and public service areas such as multifunctional hall, club – restaurant, spa, swimming pool and landscaped spaces.
