“German Lessons” by director Pavel Vesnakov won the award for best film
The award was announced by the director of the festival, Daniela Dineva. A special guest at the ceremony, which took place in the “Arena” Amphitheater in Saint Vlas, was the Deputy Minister of Culture, Dr. Ilko Ganev. He awarded the award for Best Actress. She went to Eli Skorcheva for the “Lessons of Blaga”.
Sveti Vlas Futures from June 6 to 9 was the first Beach Pro Tour beach volleyball tournament in Bulgaria. The tournament was held under the auspices of Volleyball World, the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) and the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation (BFV) and was organized by Dinevi Group and NewBoyana Film Studios.
Another remarkable achievement for bTV. The journalist and presenter of the landmark overview program “120 Minutes” Svetoslav Ivanov was announced as the winner of the 2024 “Sveti Vlas” Grand Prize for Television Journalism.

This is the second edition of “Sveti Vlas Film Fest”. This year it was dedicated entirely to Bulgarian cinema. The jury that selected the 13 titles in the competition program included Toni Dobrinska and the film critic and doctor of cinema art Deyan Statulov.
The competition was held under the auspices of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation and was organized by Nu Boyana Film Studios and their executive director Yariv Lerner, with the partnership of Marina Dinevi Marina.
16 male and 12 female couples participated, and the total prize fund was BGN 10,000.
